Butter gift set

signature house-made butters:

• kombu miso/garlic chives butter: 2-3 weeks refrigerated, up to 2 months frozen
• peanut butter: store in a cool, dry place refrigerate up to 2 weeks after opening
• thaw chilled/frozen butter at room temperature before consumption

sourdough loaf:

• store air-tight/ cling wrapped sourdough in the chiller up to 5 days; freeze up to 2 weeks
• thaw chilled/frozen sourdough at room temperature, lightly butter/oil both sides of bread before toasting
