Butter gift set

Signature house-made butters:

• Kombu miso/garlic chives butter: 2-3 weeks refrigerated, up to 2 months frozen (Thaw chilled/frozen butter at room temperature before consumption)
• Almond/peanut butter: store in a cool, dry place refrigerate up to 2 weeks after opening
• Lemon curd: 2-3 weeks refrigerated, up to 2 months frozen (After freezing, thaw it in the fridge overnight before consumption)

Sourdough loaf:

• Store air-tight/ cling wrapped sourdough in the chiller up to 5 days; freeze up to 2 weeks
• Thaw chilled/frozen sourdough at room temperature, lightly butter/oil both sides of bread before toasting
